  • A Program of new chamber works by American composers with nature and literature themes.  Selections to include:  Faith’s Fantasy Trio No. 1 for violin, clarinet and piano, Massella’s The Infernal Path for baritone saxophone and Lanette Lind’s “where colors play and hoodoos dance” for clarinet and piano. An Evening of Tricks and Treats

Twisted Tales

  • Featuring the world premiere of Lanette Lind’s newest work for children based on the classical story Goldilocks and the Three Bears.  This new work is entitled “The True Adventures of Wolf E Locks”  and is from the wolf’s perspective.  Other selections include John Williams’ Theme from Sabrina and Victor’s Tale from “The Terminal_ and Estep’s “Eleventh Hour”, a classical, jazz klezmer, boogie composition for clarinet and piano.  For tickets call (919) 249-1120.  Adults $12, seniors/students $10 children ages 5 – 11 $5 children under 4 are free.
